1. Introduction Welcome to Orvi Home Products. By accessing or purchasing from The Website you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Definitions
- "Website" refers to our online store at www.orvi.com.au.
- "Products" refers to home security items available for sale from the Website.
- "Customer" refers to any person or entity purchasing from the Website.
3. Orders and Payments
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices of Products are subject to change.
- We accept payments via Stripe.
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received by any of the payment methods offered on the Website.
- We endeavour to ensure that the product list as it appears on the Website is current, however, we give no undertaking as to the availability of Products.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Product Descriptions
- We strive to ensure the Products are described as accurately as possible on the Website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate.
- Due to photographic and screen limitations associated with the representation of Products, some Products may differ to a small extent in visual appearance (for example in colour) from the way they appear on the Website.
- Where we become aware of any misdescription or typographical error, we reserve the right to correct or omit as we see fit.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver within Australia using Australia Post or other couriers as selected at checkout.
- Delivery times are dependent on delivery location and will be estimated upon confirmation of order. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If your order arrives in multiple deliveries, you will be charged for one delivery fee only at time of order.
- We do not accept liability for delay in delivering products which are beyond our control.
- You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Orvi Home Products are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
- You must ensure there is clear and safe access for delivery. You must ensure there is a person present at the delivery premises who is authorised by you to accept delivery. If there is not, we will endeavour to deliver the Products if safe and appropriate to do so.
- If the delivery contractor arrives at the agreed time but is unable to deliver the products or considers that it is unsafe or inappropriate to do so, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Title and risk of loss or damage to products purchased by you shall pass to you upon delivery of the Products.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Customers may return Products within 14 days of receipt by notifying us through the Website.
- Returned Products must be (1) in original condition, (2) undamaged packaging and include all original components to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- If Products arrive damaged or are incorrect, you agree to notify us in a timely manner via our website.
7. Warranty
- Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- If a product is faulty, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with consumer rights.
- Products may contain warranty documents on or inside the packaging provided by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. Unless clearly expressed otherwise, any such warranty is not given by us.
- All other warranties are excluded, except those which are non-excludable in law, including the ACL. Subject to the ACL, where products supplied are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic and household use, our liability to you is limited to refunding the price, replacing or repairing the relevant products (at our
option).
8. Limitation of Liability
- Under no circumstances shall Orvi Home Products be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of Products.
- Customers should ensure Products are installed and used correctly according to provided instructions.
- In states and jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability, incidental or consequential damages is not allowed, Orvi Home Products liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Privacy Policy
- We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
10. Third Party Links
- Certain Products available on the Website may include materials from third-party websites which are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy on any third-party websites. Under no circumstances shall Orvi Home Products be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of any third-party websites

- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

- These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in Victoria and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.
- If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law, the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
